Refund

We do not accept refunds due to the nature of the product. However if we mistakenly send you a defective or incorrect product we will replace it. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) as well as your order number to Contact@Featuresskincare.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.
